Online Return Policy

Customers are encouraged to email us at: knitwerkz@gmail.com within 7 business days of receipt of your order regarding all returns and exchanges.

Returns must be made within 7-10 business days of our response. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds and exchanges are applicable for unworn or defective merchandise. Please allow at least one billing cycle for refunds to appear on your bank statement. Knitwerkz refunds the cost of the merchandise minus initial shipping costs, plus a 10% restocking fee.
